It buttons up the front, V neck, fitted through the bodice, and then flares out to a mermaid-esque handkerchief hem (uneven hemline) Criss-cross details in the back. Really well made! Never worn, see photos. I am 5'7, and it's hitting at a midi length, would be pretty worn as a maxi as well.
