Two ways to fashion this--if one pulls up the unstructured crown, a 1 1/4" gros grain band emerges ending in a bow on the right. Above the ribbon is a thin 1/4" vinyl cord. If the crown is allowed to settle, the bands are not shown, but the bows remain evident. It is lined in bright red. There is no maker label, but a tag says "medium."
