This Lilly dress with open shoulders is ready to go. The tie at the neck is small enough not to be bulky if you wear a light shoulder coverage. My photos are the best for true vibrant colors. Stock colors are dull. I can't remember this name of the print but it is in very good condition! Pit to pit measures 18".
