Fabulous new brown rust burnt orange velvet dress by Collective Concepts with Saks Fifth Avenue. Accordion type velvet pleats. Small key hole opening at front. Keyhole closure in back with a hidden side zipper. Long sleeve and high neck. Knee length. Does have some stretch to it. New with tags and never worn. Approximately 33” from shoulder to hem.
