LEGO Creator - Retired - 3 in 1 - Race Plane - 333 Pieces - Ages 7+ Collectible

This LEGO Creator 3 in 1 Set is called the Race Plane. It has been opened but it’s in Like New Condition. It is designed to be 3 different things, a Prop Plane, A Helicopter or a Race “Jet” Plane based on the box pictures. I obtained this LEGO set the way you see it except that I separated the pieces out into new Zip Lock bags. This is why I feel about 99.99% certain that all 333 pieces are included. First, I was told they were, the box was resealed and taped shut and both the partially assembled portion and the loose pieces were all in a zip lock bag inside. Next, since the body of the Race Plane was like 90% done, I counted pieces in each step in the book included to get to 167 assembled pieces & then counted all the remaining loose pieces and came up with another 170. That puts it a few pieces over but they may include a few extra pieces. Please see all pictures attached for details, size and condition. There is one small tear on one page in the book but other then that the book looks great as well.
