Talbots short skirt, Sz 12.

Talbot short skirt, Sz 12, above knees No waist band, Scarlet hem, beautifully design. No seen zipper. ( the way it was design). Zipper on side . Plaid Mainly black, dark green with small lines of pink and yellow line worked into fabric. Skirt is a little bit a line. Not totally straight. Beautiful skirt. No smoke environment, like new
