aos13summer I am new to the brand. My normal size shoe is 9. The salesperson at the store told me it will take time to find the correct fit. 3 questions: Is there a platform that factors into the overall height? Do you accept returns? How worn are the shoes? Thank you Renee

fabulinaperfect @aos13summer Hi Renee! There is a slight platform that accounts for a bit of the height. I'm away from home, but would be happy to measure it for you. I would estimate 3/4", off the top of my head. No, I don't accept returns. Mostly because I don't think Poshmark has a protocol for that. I'm far more of a buyer than a seller. They are truly barely worn. I've had them for years, but they're really too small for me (I'm a 9.5), so they may have been worn 3-4 times, for very short duration.

fabulinaperfect They were a gift, otherwise I would have sized up, had I bought them myself. Also...with that thick rubber and large base on the heel, they are comfy and stable and wonderful. Hope that helps!

fabulinaperfect @kingdanette I added pics of the heel height and platform height. The heel is 3.75 inches and the platform .75 inches. So, that puts the heel at 3" total.
