Basically new - I purchased from a local retail store. I only wore them once inside of my house to make sure they would be comfortable for extended wear, but never never had the occasion to wear them afterwards. I do not have the original box, but have kept them stored in a protective shoe storage container since purchase. Flaws - small indentation to the insole and sticker residue on the sole.
