Baby Blue Up-cycled festival, rave outfit in very lightweight stretch knit size small. Ruffled skirt and crop top both are adjustable and could easily fit a medium. I have added straps as you can see in the last two pics just to make it more comfortable and rave friendly lol. One of a kind outfit, very easily accessorized.
