This beautifully handmade skirt is in perfect condition and was recently dry cleaned. It features a side zipper with hooks and 13.5” waist, 38.5” length, and I measured across the hem at 38”. See photos for how a spot or two has to have the hem reinforced. It’s a thin wool in wonderful condition and I wish my waist was small enough because I would wear this all the time and not just on holidays!! Ask any questions and enjoy in good health. 🥰
