This is a pendant that was crafted by a jeweler in Fayetteville NC for the Special Forces soldiers families. I bought a few of them when I was at Ft. Bragg, and I gave them to some of the wives of newly-minted SF soldiers when they graduated from the Qualification Course. This is a spinning pendant so it can be worn displaying either side. The primary metal is Sterling Silver and the lettering and numerical aspect of the pendant is solid 14K gold.
