F21 or not, this is one of the most GORGEOUS dresses I have ever owned. I have it in plum & wear it to every formal event I possibly can! It looks literally 20x more expensive than it is, if not more. The satin is so soft and luxurious and flows like water. I scooped this up SO fast because I always wanted it in emerald, but there’s no way I’m squeezing into the small 🥲

clothesonfilm @allystarrl hi, I’m so so sorry, I was away from home!! Lying flat, the ptp measures approximately 16”, and the waist measures approximately 12”. There is a significant amount of stretch at the waist, up to about 15 or 16 inches when stretched taut. There is also a sash that covers up the elastic on the waist and can be used to tighten it as much as needed!
