Good used condition except for minor stain shown in pictures 4 (close up) and 5 (a little further away but of same stain.) Honestly super hard to notice. Also very minor piling but in the way linen usually is prone to do, nothing excessive imo. Please see photos for condition. Size small but fits a little bigger as I usually wear a medium and this fit me well. However if just depends on the fit you are looking for. Please see measurements in photos.
