RARE Oversize Retro Vintage Burnout Floral Velvet / Velour Burgundy Gather Hat

Gathered vintage style oversize hat with elastic back great for those of us with big heads and big hair. (I am in the 99th percentile for female head size and can get it on!) As pictured, unsure but inner seems like a wool-like acrylic (doesn't make me itch, unlike most wool). Limited edition or rare, no tag, may be custom made / unique, cannot find anywhere via Google search.
