It's really hard to get a good picture of this skirt, because of all the ruching. But, the ruching is the reason it's really flattering on almost everybody - hides a multitude of sins ;-). It is in very good condition, showing hardly any wear. The waistline is a stretchy cotton which can be folded over to vary the length of skirt, or left up as high waisted.
