Nice, preowned water repelling pants. They are a size 3X with a 30 inch inseam. The total length is 44” from waist to bottom of cuff. There is a mesh lining however the pockets are made of the same fabric as the pants and have a Velcro flap closure. The calves have Velcro so you can leave them straight or tighten them around the calf and ankle.
