Michael Graves Spinning Whistle Tea Pot
This tea pot has been fully tested and the spinner spins and whistles when the water in the pot is hot. Works well, outside very good condition. Bottom and inside shows signs of heat left from boiling water.
I have used this over and over again, so there are signs of use on bottom and inside the kettle that a thorough scrubbing doesn’t clean up. Look at all pictures to see age appropriate wear. Designed by celebrated architect and designer Michael Graves (1934-2015). This tea pot debuted in 1985. It holds 10-12 cups. If you never use it, it looks like a piece of art on your stove.
Stainless Steel made in Taiwan stamp on bottom.
This doesn’t work on my new convection stove even though it says stainless steel. Must not have enough iron content in it for it to work. But works well on my daughters traditional stove.
