Bust is 16" at underarm laid flat.
Waist is almost 13" laid flat and is 15" from top of shoulder seam.

@sophorashop2 Not sure. Daughter won't be available for about 12 days to find out - I just have the posted measurements, but she varies from 32DD - 34C. Not sure which fit was better. Wish I had more info.
