This is a sapphire blue wrap tie dress by Issa for Banana Republic in a size large. This dress was a collaboration between BR and the London designer, who created Kate Middleton’s engagement dress. This is widely regarded as a cheaper duplicate of that dress. It is a soft, stretchy rayon with a long belt that wraps either in the front or back – your choice. It is knee-length. The dress is in very good condition with no obvious flaws.
