Lovely body skimming dress in a beautiful deep blue with a floral pattern. Perfect dressed up or down. Has an underskirt/lining which helps make sure this fits in the most flattering way possible. I'm 5'4" and a 34B, this hits in just the right spot on the thigh so it's cute but still appropriate for family-style functions. Cute tie details at the shoulders. Machine wash. Have loved this one and hoping it finds a good home!
