Bought from Forever 21 I just cut the tag because it bothered me but it fits me and I have a 23inch waist it might even fit 24inch :) has embroidered flowers on it. Great condition I just need to wash the stain on the back of the jeans from when I stepped on it :) feel free to ask me any questions!
