This does not have a brand nor size but it looks like an XS. It is a really pretty blue color. It looks like it’s new, not worn much. It has a really cool design. It’s really cute and pretty!😄😄🌺🌺 the fabric in the sleeve is coming out a little.. u can sew it back besides that in great condition
