Boutique Maxi Dress, stretchy, one size fits all

Only worn a couple of times!! No tags on the inside, but one size fits all! The top is stretchy fabric. Ideally fits size small-medium best. Full length dress, just above my ankles and I am 5’3”. Can be worn off the shoulder or on the shoulder.
