I never used the bag myself, but the person before me hardly carried it as seen in the pictures as why it's labeled EUC. Couple hardly noticeable scratches at the bottom probably from setting down, a little wear on the leather straps where the adjustable strap connects and a couple scratches on handles. Other then that she's clean inside and out! Gorgeous bag, please give her a new home!
