Handmade punched metal bib necklace

Purchased this necklace from a local artisan in 2011. She is no longer in business. The necklace is hammered metal with a gold finish, and a short chain. There are a few marks on this, that I believe are from age, and some irregularities, because this is handmade. Photo of the necklace on is attached — for reference, the shorter necklace is 14”. I’d say this fits like a 16”, but with the bib, I think anyone with up to 20” could wear this.
