Hello 🤗 This is Vintage Native American Seed Bead Necklace with Pendant. Looking at the skirt, there are legs and feet underneath. It's in excellent pre-owned condition. The one exception is where the artist has sewn the chain together. There is a picture where you can see where they tied off the ends. measurements: length of chain - 23" length of pendant - 1 3/4" width at widest part of skirt - 1" Super cute.
