Beautiful WHBM ruffled v- neck high-low blouse with flared bottom split sleeves. Delicate lace on the sleeves and a little across the top half of the back. 17 inches from neckline to bottom and 4 inches longer in the back. 18 inches across the chest from armpit to armpit. Like new and only worn twice.
