Vintage 1980's Victor Costa Black Yellow Polka Dot Strapless Dress With Bow

What an adorable dress! Made by Victor Costa in the 1980s, this strapless beauty is super fun and flirty. You can't get more 80's than this! Strapless, drop waist, puffy polka dot skirt, and a HUGE bow on the back! It brings back images of Valley Girl, fer sure! Great for a dance, event, or even every day wear. This dress would also be cute for a Dapper Day outfit, too! It's always reminded me a little of Minnie Mouse. :) Features: Satin lined bodice Boning for support Tulle backed skirt Dress fastens with a nylon zipper in the back, and the bow snaps over the zipper. NOTE: The stitching on the bow and belt are coming loose just a little bit, we will leave it up to the buyer to fix, or remove if desired. Tags state "Victor Costa" and "Crafted with Care in USA." No tag with fabric, but feels like cotton or a cotton blend. This dress has no stretch. Please note the measurements prior to purchasing.
