@whatsit2u83 I called my Jeweler ,Fernbaughs in Plymouth Indiana, and they said yes it can be resized 2 sizes up or down. They said it would barely show the line after polishing. I hope that helps!

@sixtyshades The info stated does not show them to be treated or heated, but I can't guarantee that. You'll be hard pressed to find any gemstone nowadays that hasn't been refined in some way or another though! Very soon, we won't even be able to buy authentic gemstones because they're all being mined out of extinction.Soon it will all be lab created...I'd say in the next 10-15 years or so!
