@pamrg Hi there. The straps cover the heels on the back so they do not have as much wear and tear as the exposed portions of the heels. There are photos depicting the exposed portions of the heels. Are you looking for me to lift the straps, which are protecting the heels and photograph the heel underneath? I'm just looking for some clarification as to what you are interested in seeing.
