David Yurman set: the 5mm cuff is a reposh, this is a size small. I compared to my other cuffs which are mediums. Gems are either garnet or ruby (red) older style as the gem is wrapped in yellow gold. Authentic. I had this cleaned after purchasing off Poshmark. Selling with this cord bracelet that was a GWP from a David Yurman boutique I got years ago. Including a jewelry bag and polishing cloth that are new from previous purchases.
