A perfect Christmas party dress! In great condition. Embossed design. 97% Cotton / 3% Spandex. Made in USA. Mini length. Zipper back closure. Padded cups. Versatile tie that can be tied in the front or back into a bow or however you want to style it. Measurements (taken lying flat unstretched): Waist: 12” Bust: 13” (there is some stretch across the bust as well) Length from top of strap to hem: 31” For size reference: I have a 35” bust / 26” waist and this dress fits me with a snug fit.
