Moussy brown top balloon sleeves

Adorable brown top with puffy balloon sleeve 3/4 length with thick gathered elastic at elbows. Nice soft 100 percent cotton. Bought here but did not wear. EUC! size f but marking as a small. This is a brand from Japan. Has stretch, approx 17 p2p and 20 1/2 " long.
