The collar measures 5” across left to right and from top to bottom is 4” on the inside and 5” on the outside Please see pictures for measurement. Inside neck opening is approx 3” I wear a 14” (7” is half) choker and can wear this collar just fine ☺️ Must put it on sideways and the turn it when it’s on your neck.
