This is a Iridescence Navy blue wrap around event dress. At the waist, it has a hook & eye , then buttons down the bottom half..the top wraps around your waist and ties in front. There are glass buttons on the cuff sleeves that end below each elbow. It is an A-line style. The navy blue has a slight Iridescence, which you can see a little in pictures. When you move, it very pretty to see. Dry clean.. Elegant for any event. sz 10.
