While the leather itself is in good condition, the lining is separating from the outer around the edge of one side - please see pics. It’s a fixable issue, I was quoted $20-30 by a professional leather repair shop, or if you’re handy you can DIY! Faint ink stain around the edge (pictured). Priced accordingly!
