lalasboudoir @disneyfreak00 thanks for your interest. They have stretch around the waistband but the pants themselves do not have stretch to them.

lalasboudoir @disneyfreak00 so the elastic is across the back of the waistband and it’s only a few inches of elastic across the back (not the entire waistband as I thought) and not super stretchy, but I was able to stretch them from 15” to 17” so about 2”. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. I’m going to post a photo so you can see.

lalasboudoir @disneyfreak00 No that measurement does not include the straps. They are on the longer side because they come up a little higher and also have to fit over snow/ski boots. The straps are also adjustable to control the length.
