This is a dainty, lacy cowl or shrug by Genuine Kids in a 4t. It is a vanilla color, slightly off white with a cream embroidered collar detail. It fastens with a hook closure and has several layers for a feathered effect. We never wore and it is new with tags. I photographed with a 4/5 dress to show how it looks on.
