This is such a pretty sheer top by Rachel Zoe. It ties at the waist and the ties long enough to drape or tie in a big bow. The background is black, and design includes pale green, cream, and blush. Purchased at Nordstrom. It's 22 inches pit to pit and about 22 inches long but, you can tie to make it shorter. Perfect condition. So cute! See my other items too!
