I bought these brand new waaay back in the early 00's I believe, and I'm almost positive I got them from Claire's. For being as old as they are, they're in great shape! They're arm warmers that are black with a criss-cross silver chain detail and a slightly sheer panel underneath the chains. I did cut off the inside label because it was scratchy on my arm (sorry!). They're about 10.75" long, 3.25" wide at the narrowest part, and 4.25" wide at the widest part.
