donnacartwright Thank you for getting back to me. What is the heel height please? Also, what is the measurement of the insole (if you have a tape measure)? I wear 7.5 or 8, depending on the shoe, but I do not have this brand shoe. If you can, please let me know if the insole is 9.5"?. Thanks.
