ANTIQUE BRASS & LEAD CRYSTAL INKWELL / PEN HOLDER GLOWY URANIUM VINTAGE NEON

This amazing antique brass & glass inkwell has the most incredible end of Art Nouveau to Art Deco style, & could possibly be attributed to Bradley Hubbard. Besides being an inkwell, it also holds your pen with two brackets! The brass base measures 4” square x 3-1/2” H, the lead crystal inkwell measures 2-3/4” square. Consistent with its age & use, the brass has some patina, & the crystal has a smooth chip on the top, & a chip on the base, please view last 2 pics before glowy pic. Now for the really fun part - uranium was used in the molten mix, so when the clear glass is exposed to UV light, it glows neon green! How incredible would this look displayed on a shelf or on a book stack on the coffee table? I’ve seen inkwells used for holding q-tips & makeup brushes at the vanity, as well as used for funky, conversational bud vases!
