Gap Chambray blue button dress

GUC. Very cute and comfy. Soft buttery chambray fabric. Has hip pockets! . All buttons are present Including a spare. No stretch. Two pockets on the front. I am 5”3” and hits me a knee level. Measurements: Back from base of collar to hem 37 in Waist (where belt loops are) 19 in hips are same.
