Antique Brass & Glass Lampshade Finials, Set of 2

PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for ONLY 2 FINIALS! The solid brass and clear glass and brass finials are no longer available. Beautiful, Eye-Catching Lampshade Finials from the 1930's. The perfect finishing touch to dress up an ordinary lamp. Finials are easily installed to securely hold your lampshade in place: simply screw onto the lamp harp after mounting your lampshade. Or, consider combining these finials with the other set here in my closet to create a striking larger display. The "Aladdin Style" finial has a pearly white milk glass orb set within open ogee brass "petals" on a solid brass base and measures 1.75" tall and 1" in diameter. This style was invented by Paul Chilo of Chicago in 1935; the patent number is stamped on the brass, which has a lovely patina of age. It will fit modern harp mounts (standard 1/4 - 27 threaded hole). The swirled solid glass finial resembling a rose measures over 1" in diameter. This one will require a threaded adaptor (available online and from lamp parts vendors) or, it can be used as a unique pull knob. Willing to sell separately; please inquire if interested.
