Armpit to armpit is 27inches Waist across is 28 inches The hood doesn’t detach and it’s Faux Fur Body 100% cotton Lining is 100% polyester Filling 100% polyester Machine wash cold and ruble dry low Sorry it took me a couple days to post 😀 willing to negotiate
