Cobalt Blue One-Shoulder Cocktail Dress Size 12 EUC

This beautiful dress was worn once for about three hours for a music video shoot. Since then it has been in stored in a garment bag in my closet. The dress is quite flattering, and the color looks great with every skin tone. It has just the right amount of bling with the beading around the waist. Side zipper makes it easy to get into, and the dress is fully lined.
