ilovemyclosets @molliejb under the insole there is a serial number, when you lift or take out the insole, there is a serial number printed on underneath the insole actually on the shoe bed.

molliejb @ilovemyclosets the insole is actually firmly adherent to the shoe base so I don’t want to lift it and compromise the integrity of the shoe. I purchased these directly from the vejas website. I’m happy to offer an appropriate but fair discount since I can’t provide that number.
