This is a delicate fabric and there are a couple of pulls/flaws. It appears that the lining has been repaired inside one sleeve. A couple of very faint marks such as at collar (shown) which are not noticeable and may come out with dry cleaning. Not perfect but overall in very nice condition with beautiful lines.
