Selling this collard dress by Forever 21. Love how the fabric mimics denim with a full zip front and collar (small discoloration on inside of lapel, not visible while wearing 👍🏼). The cute puff like sleeves and elastic cinch waist only add to the overall look and oh did I mention this dress has pockets?!! Made up of 98% cotton and 2% spandex/ Elastane.
