Super cute Y2k black velvet maxi skirt with two slits on the sides. Can be tightened to fit the body more with the ruched strings in the front. By the Y2K brand my Michelle. Women’s size large. 16 inches (32 inches in total) in the front but can stretch to about 20 inches. Has some lint that’s more noticeable than usual because the skirt is black.
